Location right by Kazanlak, main square and sightseeing. Nearby Bellezza Bar & Grill - great place to chill out. A comfortable bed and a nicely decorated room overall. Good food including toast, cereals, and fruit at the breakfast.

The room was reasonably large and tastefully decorated. the staff was super friendly. - the location of the hotel close to a large office building in the center of Kazanlak was unbeatable.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a mini fridge bar. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. - the staff were very helpful and provided help. I hope you find my adjustments satisfactory!

The rooftop rose garden was absolutely stunning in May, a jaw-dropping sight. Our superior double room was incredibly spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions. The receptionist, who spoke excellent English, was incredibly helpful and even arranged a fascinating visit to a rose oil distillery. The owners were extremely busy but still took the time to explain everything to us. The rooms were neat, although small, and the bathrooms were clean. The basic continental breakfast was sufficient, and the self-service option was convenient. The hotel charged a reasonable fee for parking and the wifi was impressively fast and strong. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot. it was a great value for the money and we loved the hotel's beautiful terrace.

The room I stayed in was absolutely amazing! It was spacious and had a cozy seating area. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a great addition, and the minibar was a nice touch. The private bathroom with a shower that had hydromassage facilities was pure luxury. As a solo traveler, I felt like I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience with the renovated building that housed the hotel. the key location at the center of the town provided me with the opportunity to explore many nearby attractions. the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. the complimentary coffee and fruits offered in the lobby were a nice touch.
